Customer journeys

TRINITY organizes the customer journey end to end. The same site must allow users to move without friction from discovering an offer to operating it day to day. This is why the account area, payment flows, invoices, support and order tracking all matter in the public experience.

Discovery and first contact

The journey usually starts from:

  • A service landing page
  • An offer or support page
  • A contact page
  • A public documentation page

The purpose of this first step is to qualify the need and route the user toward the correct service, product or support channel.

Customer account

Once identified, the user finds in TRINITY:

  • Account information
  • Billing information
  • Orders
  • Invoices
  • Selected access points or actions related to the service

The customer account is not only a profile page. It acts as an operational follow-up surface.

Order, payment and invoice

The ordering journey covers:

  • Selecting an offer
  • Collecting billing details
  • Choosing a payment method
  • Handling the payment return
  • Reviewing order status
  • Opening the PDF invoice

Pending, refused, successful and cancelled payments must be understandable to the customer. The site therefore exposes distinct visual states and explicit messaging.

Support and assistance

The journey does not stop after purchase. TRINITY links ordering and operations to support:

  • Assistance chat
  • Commercial support
  • Technical support
  • Documentation
  • Routing toward UnyDesk or UnyPort when relevant

TRINITY support explicitly includes UnyDesk and UnyPort, because the site is designed as a unified entry point.
