Glossary

This glossary gives a compact reading of the most important TRINITY terms.

Core terms

• TRINITY: The public portal and customer lifecycle surface
• customer account: The place where billing identity, orders and invoices stay visible
• order: The customer-facing record of a requested service
• invoice: The billing document linked to an order
• payment status: The visible settlement state of an order

VM terms

• VM: Virtual machine exposed through the platform when the service allows it
• console: Direct text-oriented access to a VM
• online: The machine is reachable in its current mode
• maintenance: The machine is reachable for technical intervention
• recovery: The machine is primarily exposed for inspection or restoration

Platform terms

• Alpine Linux: The lightweight operating system used in many service environments
• Xen: The hypervisor layer used for virtualization
• DDM: Data Disk Mode, a storage and recovery oriented mode
• UnyDesk: Remote-access and assistance surface
• UnyPort: Monitoring and operational control surface
